Fullstack Engineer

About the Position

Our client, a leading U.S. fashion retailer, is seeking a Fullstack Engineer to join their team in Wroclaw, Poland. As a key member of the technology group, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and maintaining technology products and features that provide amazing customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Delivering full-stack features (design, implementation, testing, and support)
• Working across the full stack of technologies (Web UI, APIs, and Infrastructure)
• Building reusable cross-platform components for future use
• Translating written requirements, designs, and wireframes into high-quality code
• Design and collaborate with local squad and partner teams
• Test all scenarios and conform to quality and security standards
• Participate in design and code review to ensure quality and testability of feature code
• Understand, identify, measure performance and success of features
• Identify performance issues; apply knowledge of security coding practices and secure system fundamentals (e.g., cross-site scripting, security certificates)
• Occasionally assist with tasks triaged from on-call FTE engineers, while your primary focus remains feature work
• Use Claude Code and other client-approved AI tools as part of the day-to-day development workflow

Requirements

• 3+ years professional experience as a software engineer
• Recent experience with Web UI development using JavaScript (React, Redux, Node.JS, TypeScript)
• Recent experience with RESTful APIs (Golang, Java, Python)
• Recent experience with Amazon Web Services (S3, Kubernetes, Lambda)
• Test automation experience at all levels (Unit, Integration, Regression)
• Familiarity with modern infrastructure tools and pipelines (GitHub CI/CD, CloudFormation)
• Familiarity with ops tools, logging, and metrics (New Relic, Splunk, CloudWatch)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical audiences
• A passion for innovation, clean code, and learning new technologies
• Required experience using Claude Code (or similar AI-assisted development tools) in a professional development workflow
