Responsibilities

As a Functional Analyst, you will:

• Analyze and formalize client requirements to translate them into clear, actionable functional specifications.
• Design the functional architecture and map user journeys to ensure an optimal and intuitive user experience.
• Write comprehensive User Stories and actively maintain the product backlog alongside the project stakeholders.
• Guide the technical teams (developers, tech leads, architects) during sprints to guarantee the feasibility and alignment of the developed solutions.
• Coordinate and execute functional testing strategies (UAT) to ensure the highest quality standards for all deliverables.
• Facilitate dynamic workshops and meetings with our clients to continuously validate the project vision and functional scope.

Requirements

• Holding a Master's degree in IT, engineering, or business.
• At least 4 years of proven experience as a Functional Analyst in the digital sector or IT consulting.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency with tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Strong affinity for the web and open-source ecosystem.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and French/Dutch is a major plus.
