About the Position

We are looking for an experienced Functional Business Consultant (with Infor WMS experience) to support us with WMS Integration and Implementation projects, Audits, and Consulting projects.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary functional support contact for Infor WMS customers
  • Support onboarding and implementation of new customers onto the WMS platform
  • Conduct customer discovery sessions to understand operational requirements and warehouse processes
  • Configure WMS settings and perform minor system adjustments based on approved business requirements
  • Troubleshoot functional issues, investigate root causes, and coordinate resolution with technical teams when required
  • Perform gap analysis between customer requirements and existing WMS functionality
  • Create and maintain configuration documentation, process flows, user guides, and support materials
  • Assist with testing activities, including system validation, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Deliver end-user and operational training for warehouse personnel and customer teams
  • Support customer go-live activities and provide post-implementation hypercare support
  • Monitor support tickets, prioritize customer issues, and ensure timely resolution
  • Work closely with operations, implementation, and development teams to improve system performance and customer experience
  • Recommend process improvements and optimization opportunities within warehouse operations and WMS configuration
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Infor WMS best practices and emerging Supply Chain technology trends
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Infor WMS configuration and warehouse operational workflows

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in functional and business analysis; preferably supporting and/or configuring Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Hands-on experience with Infor WMS (must)
  • Experience in Supply Chain, Warehousing, Logistics, or 3PL operations (must)
  • Understanding of warehouse processes including receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management
  • Experience onboarding customers and supporting production environments
  • Experience performing WMS system configuration and minor functional enhancements
  • Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
  • Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into system configuration changes
  • Experience creating and maintaining functional documentation and training materials
  • Ability to communicate effectively with warehouse operators, customer stakeholders, and technical teams
  • Working knowledge of SQL is a plus
  • Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is a strong plus
  • Understanding of 3PL operational processes and customer implementations is a strong plus
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced support environment
  • Advanced or native English
