Responsibilities

• Work with the project ERP team on implementing Dynamics 365 BC.
• Analyze customer requirements and business objectives and map them to the system capabilities.
• Convince the customer by applying your business processes knowledge and expertise.
• Cooperate with and guide key users during the implementation.
• Design, build, test, and document implemented solutions.
• Provide training for business users.
• Provide support to business users.
• Analyze issues and propose suggestions for solutions.
• Produce precise technical specifications and communicate them with the technical team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or technology.
• Good English skills verbally and in writing and fluency in Bulgarian.
• Curiosity and eagerness to gain new knowledge.
• Analytical mind with problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
• Ability to cope with complexity in fast-changing environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience as an ERP functional consultant or internal support consultant is an advantage.
