About the Position

Functional Consultant - Valencia (Spain)

We are looking for a Functional Consultant Odoo to join our team in Valencia, Spain. You will be responsible for analyzing our clients' needs, designing and implementing advanced solutions in Odoo, and supporting companies from various sectors in their digital transformation.

Responsibilities

Work closely with clients to implement Odoo and optimize their business processes. From the first contact to the launch, you will analyze their needs, identify areas for improvement, and design tailored solutions.
Manage between 5 and 10 projects simultaneously. From the beginning, you will be involved in your first projects with the support of more experienced colleagues and progressively gain autonomy.
Provide training to our partners, helping them become Odoo experts and successfully manage their clients' projects. You will also spend time giving feedback to product owners to improve Odoo every day.

Requirements

Must Have

Autonomy, flexibility, and proactivity.
Good communication skills for dealing with our clients.
Time management and organizational skills.
Affinity with the IT world and curiosity to learn everything about Odoo.
Fluency in Spanish and English. An additional language is a plus.
Valid work permit for Spain.

Nice to Have

Previous experience in consulting. We especially value experience in the implementation of management software (1-3 years).
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or similar. Although we assure you that the diploma is not the most important.
Familiarity with programming languages. Although we always advocate for standards and our consultants do not do development, it is not bad to understand the language with which our databases are built.

Remuneration

At Odoo, we believe in autonomy and real responsibility, so we always say that 1 year at Odoo is equivalent to at least 2 years at any other company. If you have experience in a similar role, you can roughly calculate the salary offer we would propose by dividing your years of experience by half. Our ranges are:

1 - 3 years: 23k - 31k

3 - 6 years: 31k - 42k

6 - 8+ years: 42k - 54k

If you get together with eight Odooers to do sports, the bill is covered by Odoo.
