  • Functional and operational support for various teams (business, project, and BO), resolving doubts related to the process and procedures, both through written channels (chat/email) and in meetings.
  • Participation in daily project follow-up meetings.
  • Attendance at coordination meetings with various teams (follow-up, requirement definition, resolution of incidents and doubts with IT and testing, among others).

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Project Manager or project coordinator with a strong functional background, preferably in banking environments or complex projects.
  • Demonstrable experience in defining and validating functional requirements, acting as a liaison between business and technical teams.
  • Active participation in testing processes (UAT), including coordination, user support, and validation of results.
  • Experience in operational environments (BAU), providing functional support and resolving incidents on a daily basis.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (business, IT, QA), with good communication, organization, and results-oriented skills.

  • Results-oriented and goal-driven.
