Functional Safety Engineer

Join rinf.tech as a Functional Safety Engineer to ensure product safety per ISO 26262. Work remotely in Romania with a team focused on Blockchain, AI, and IoT.

Responsibilities

• Primary Focus: Ensures product safety per ISO 26262
• Responsibility Area: Safety lifecycle, HARA, safety concepts
• Outcome Ownership: Safe product & safety case
• Core Expertise: HARA, ASIL, FMEA/FMEDA, safety architecture
• Main Deliverables: Safety goals, FSC, TSC, safety case
• Work Mode: Embedded in dev team with technical focus
• Technical Depth: Deep technical understanding
• Interaction: Works with system/SW/HW designers

Requirements

• Experience: 5-10 years experience in functional safety engineering, with hands-on experience in ISO 26262 implementation for automotive systems
