What we are looking for:
We are currently seeking a Functional Analyst with experience in banking, to participate in a strategic core banking transformation project.
Responsibilities
- Analyze applications in Mainframe or legacy systems environments.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams in gathering functional and technical information (AS-IS).
- Participate in workshops to understand the current state of systems and processes.
- Identify dependencies between applications and map integrations within the ecosystem.
- Build an inventory of programs, processes, and system relationships.
- Detect points of improvement in the current environment and support the definition of the modernization or migration path.
- Prepare functional documentation associated with the analysis performed.
Requirements
- Experience of 8 years as a Business / Functional Analyst in banking.
- Experience in Mainframe or legacy systems environments.
- Experience in systems analysis, dependencies, and integrations.
- Participation in system transformation or migration projects (valuable).
- Fluent level of English (valuable).

- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.

- Ability to organize and structure information.
- Proactivity and autonomy in high-complexity environments.
