About the Position

Join ARHS Technology as a Functioneel Analyst in Leuven, Belgium. Analyze business processes and translate them into IT solutions for public and private clients.

Responsibilities

As a Functioneel Analist, you will be responsible for:

• Investigating desired improvements and documenting requirements within the company.
• Analyzing business processes through communication with users.
• Translating user needs into a clear ICT project.
• Ensuring the optimization and design of automated processes.
• Applying the appropriate analysis techniques according to user needs.
• Determining the phases and procedures of technical and functional tests and executing them.
• Being responsible for user support and follow-up.

Requirements

• Bachelor/Master degree in computer science/ICT or equivalent by experience.
• At least 2 years of experience as a functional analyst.
• Fluent in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a big plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills in planning and organizing.
• Highly result-oriented.
• Possession of a driver's license B.
