Job Description

As a Functional Manager, you will work as a consultant for our clients. You will be responsible for mapping and maintaining the business needs of ICT service provision within an organization. Your role is to ensure that the (future) ICT services align as closely as possible with the needs identified by you. You will determine the impact of changes on current and future ICT services and make both requested and unsolicited improvement proposals to optimize the alignment of ICT services with business needs. Additionally, you will ensure the availability of required applications, including associated documentation (manuals, work instructions, etc.), to provide the desired functionalities. Handling incidents, problems, and changes is also part of your responsibilities.

You are responsible for meeting the business needs. To do this, you must be aware of the (future) PDC (product and service catalog) of the ICT service provider. You must also be aware of (future) developments that may impact existing or required functionalities. Furthermore, you are responsible for the availability of applications and ensuring the associated documentation.

Requirements

HBO or WO diploma
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Functional Manager in at least 2 municipalities or government organizations
Agile, BiSL, ITIL
At least 5 years of experience with Suites for the Social Domain (Centric or PinkRoccade applications) or with XXLLNC's Zaaksysteem or AFAS
Preferably experience with SQL/PLSQL, modifying, maintaining, developing, and executing SQL scripts
Preferably experience with delivering management information using Cognos or PowerBI
Issuing, registering, and managing authorizations
Assertive and self-starting, customer-oriented, and collaborative
Flexible and stress-resistant

Nice to Have

Experience with SQL/PLSQL
