Fund Execution, Trade Processing & Settlement specialist

About the Position

We are looking for a Fund Execution, Trade Processing & Settlement specialist to support the end-to-end processing of fund and securities transactions. The role is responsible for fund order execution through platforms such as Allfunds and Fundsettle, as well as trade processing, settlement monitoring, and the resolution of operational exceptions across global markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of fund orders, including subscriptions, redemptions, and switches
• Process and monitor fund transactions mainly through Allfunds and Fundsettle
• Ensure timely transmission and execution of fund orders in accordance with market and fund cut-off times
• Processing of stock exchange trades (mainly bonds, equities, and ETF) in Avaloq Banking Suite
• Settlement of Delivery versus Payment (DVP) and Receive versus Payment (RVP) trades
• Ensuring that all transactions are processed correctly and settled in a timely manner
• Monitoring settlement operations and failed trades
• Liaise with fund platforms, custodians, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues
• Cash and security reconciliation

Requirements

• Experience in Fund Operations, Securities Operations, Trade Processing, or Settlement
• Hands-on experience with Allfunds and/or Fundsettle
• Understanding of funds and securities trade lifecycles
• Experience managing post-trade processing and settlement activities across multiple markets
• Knowledge of custody, settlement, and reconciliation processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Fluent in English
• Proficiency in German and/or French is a plus
