Fusion Platform Roadmap Delivery Manager

About the Position

We are looking for a motivated person to join the all-star Delivery Team as a Fusion Platform Roadmap Delivery Manager in Sofia. This role involves owning and running the delivery roadmap for a specific region, including provider connection requests, new provider launches, new product or product changes implementations.

Responsibilities

• Owning and running the delivery roadmap for a specific region.
• Working closely with different departments to coordinate, report, and supervise delivery progress.
• Presenting regularly with operators and vendors, providing them with clear and regular updates.
• Assisting in the planning of incoming requests and projects.
• Leading kick-off and status meetings to communicate project objectives, results, and expectations.
• Working with relevant team members to ensure the readiness of different environments for deployment and testing.
• Identifying opportunities to improve delivery predictability, efficiency, and quality.
• Participating in the driving of improvement of ways of working, standards, and principles.

Requirements

• High proficiency in English, excellent oral and written communication skills.
• 5+ years of software project management experience.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence is a must.
• Experience with Monday or Smartsheet is an advantage.
• Experience with organizational change policies implementation is a benefit.
• Proactive, detail-attentive individual; self-motivated, results-oriented, and a good teammate.
• Outstanding social skills, open-minded, and an out-of-the-box thinker.
• Ability to communicate equally well with clients, managers, team leaders, and developers.
