Future Finance Professional Programme

Make your talent grow in finance

Whether you have recently graduated or are about to graduate, we offer an exciting opportunity for you to kick-start your career through our tailored FFP programme at Nordea Markets, Large Corporates & Institutions (LC&I). The program is applicable for candidates in Finland.

We believe in talent, personal development, and great relationships

In Markets, LC&I in Finland, we’re always on the lookout for talent, and we find most of our junior employees through our unique traineeship; the Future Finance Professional (FFP) programme which runs from May throughout September.

The application to our FFP 2027 programme is now open! Apply here no later than 27 September 2026.

Learn about the various FFP roles and meet some of this year's recruiting teams in the below links to Position Descriptions 2027 and Team videos.

Steep learning curve

By joining our FFP programme, you can expect a fast-paced learning journey with strong support and plenty of enjoyable moments along the way. You will receive hands-on training and take on meaningful challenges, all while working closely with your team and benefiting from coaching and continuous guidance. On top of that, you will build a broad network within the Finnish financial sector and across Nordics - and you will have the chance to connect with fellow FFPs and colleagues through various social events.

While the initial learning curve can be steep, I've found the rapid acquisition of knowledge and skills to be both exciting and rewarding

A wide variety of roles in Front Office, Middle Office, and Business Technology

The various positions offered in the FFP programme are unique combinations which match your aspirations and competences within Front Office, Middle Office, and Business Technology teams. We offer roles like Assistant Sales Manager, Controller, Analyst, and IT Developer.

You can find more information about the various positions and roles offered in the FFP programme here: Position Descriptions 2027
