About the Position
We are currently looking for an FX and Commodity Hedging Solutions Business Analyst for our Qatar operations.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements
- Design and map processes
- Support product development and implementation
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Develop clear dashboards and management reports
- Facilitate communication across multiple markets and legal entities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, Financial Engineering, or a related field
- A master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Financial Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred
- Professional certifications in Business Analysis, Financial Markets, Risk Management, Treasury, or Project Management are advantageous
- At least 7 years of relevant experience, preferably within a highly rated international bank
- Experience in business requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design, product implementation, testing, and change delivery
- Exposure to trading platforms, treasury systems, digital channels, and front-to-back capital markets processes is advantageous
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting FX, Commodity, Treasury, Derivative, Structured Product, or Capital Markets initiatives
- Experience working across multiple markets, legal entities, or business functions
- Fluency in Arabic
