Responsibilities

• Develop concept art for a variety of game elements, including characters, environments, game symbols, frames, logos, and pop-up screens.
• Render and polish final in-game art assets to a high level.
• Demonstrate the ability to paint proficiently in various art styles.
• Work effectively in a team environment with other artists, animators, and developers.
• Actively contribute innovative visual ideas and participate in fostering a creative and productive team environment.
• Take a key part in the artistic development of engaging web-based games.

Requirements

• Great digital painting skills.
• Good understanding of artistic fundamentals such as perspective, composition, color, and light theory.
• Substantial knowledge in Adobe Photoshop (or equivalent industry-standard creative software).
• Previous professional experience in a similar Game Artist position, preferably within the online gaming industry, is an advantage.
• Ability to accept constructive feedback and constant drive towards self-improvement.
