About the Position

Location: Vilnius

Salary: From 2120 EUR/month (gross)

As a member of the Development Team, you will create new game concepts and levels for world-class titles such as Cooking Fever, Pocket Styler, Airplane Chefs, and new games currently in development. Your work will impact the experience of millions of players worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Create new game concepts and levels for popular titles
• Collaborate with a talented team to develop engaging game experiences
• Apply knowledge of different game genres and mechanics
• Produce clear and precise game design documents
• Test original ideas and iterate based on feedback

Requirements

• Knowledge of game structure and planning
• Understanding of game processes, balance, and mechanics
• Ability to create levels that are exciting and engaging
• Solid technical writing skills
• Ability to describe game structures and rules clearly
• Understanding of game development tools and technologies
• Good written and spoken English skills
• A keen interest in casual games

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of programming and/or art
• Experience with iOS and Android platforms
• Good knowledge of the Unity game engine
• Passion for the video game industry
