About the Position
Welcome to our studio, which specializes in the development of mobile hyper-casual and hybrid-casual games. Our team is constantly striving for growth, and always seeking talented Game Designers. Responsibilities
- Maintain constant communication with the team of programmers and artists;
- Manage projects through all stages of development;
- Create necessary documentation to communicate your ideas to the team;
- Develop game complexity and economic balances;
- Test projects and identify gameplay issues;
- Level Design.
Requirements
- Ability to describe technical tasks clearly and concisely;
- Ability to express thoughts clearly and unambiguously to the team;
- High erudition and understanding of the market for hyper-casual and hybrid-casual mobile games and their mechanics;
- Skill in performing thorough deconstructions and creating unique concepts based on them;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in Unity 3D;
- Skills in level design;
- Experience in creating your own game projects.
