About the Position
We are hiring for a Year-Round Studio Job in Atlantic City, offering a competitive pay of up to $23/hr. This is a part-time position that is not seasonal.
Responsibilities
As an On-Camera Casino Dealer, you will:
- Deal and host live table games on camera, including Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, and more
- Communicate with online players in a friendly, professional, and entertainment-focused manner
- Follow game procedures and studio standards with accuracy and consistency
- Maintain a smooth and engaging game experience throughout your shift
- Bring a confident and positive presence to every shift
- Complete paid dealer training through Evolution Academy
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to obtain a NJ Gaming License
- Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable being on camera
- Reliable and professional
Physical Requirements
- Comfortable working on camera under professional studio lighting
- Comfortable sitting or standing for the duration of the shift based on game assignment
- Able to follow game procedures and studio standards
- Able to work assigned shifts including evenings, weekends, or overnights depending on schedule
- Must be able to obtain and maintain required gaming license
We Offer
- Guaranteed starting pay: $17–$18/hr (base + tips)
- Starting at $7/hr base + $10/hr guaranteed tip rate = $17/hr total
- After 3 months: base increases to $8/hr + $10/hr tips = $18/hr guaranteed
