Game Presenter

Game Presenters at Evolution are the charismatic dealers of our award-winning Live casino games, delivering exciting and high-integrity gameplay on camera in real time to players on the other side of the screen.

Apart from game techniques, you can also grow your presentation skills and ability to entertain.

What will be your job:

• Lead live versions of classic games like Blackjack, Roulette and many more.
• Explain the rules and keep the gameplay smooth.
• Chat with players and create a fun, welcoming experience.

I’ve been with Evolution for almost a year, and before joining, I worked as a flight attendant and in healthcare. Helping people and creating positive experiences has always been a big part of who I am. During orientation, our Senior Trainer told me I would be amazing as a Crazy Time host. At the time, I had no idea what Crazy Time was, but after seeing the game, it instantly became my biggest goal.

Almost eight months later, I was selected to train for that exact role. What I love most about Evolution is the people, the support, and the opportunities to grow. My advice is simple: work hard, stay kind, stay positive, and never give up.

Genesis

I began my Evolution journey in 2024 as a Game Presenter, where I learned multiple games, built new skills, and quickly discovered how much I enjoyed the environment.

What stood out to me most was the supportive management, positive atmosphere, and amazing coworkers. It made me realize that Evolution was a place where I could build a real career.

After some thought, I decided that becoming a Trainer was the next step I wanted to pursue. I worked toward that goal, and after six months, I was proud to make it happen and I’m grateful for the opportunities I’ve had so far and excited to continue growing with Evolution.

I started my journey with Evolution in January 2022 as a Game Presenter, and from day one, I knew it was the right fit. The role connected with my passion for performance and motivated me to learn every game and game show in the PA studios.

After 18 months, I moved into leadership as a Team Manager, and six months later, I was promoted to Senior Team Manager. Today, I’m proud to support more than 800 Game Presenters and help solve the everyday challenges that come with such a dynamic environment.

I’m grateful for the opportunities Evolution has given me and truly believe that when you love what you do, it never feels like work.

Here are the answers for the most frequently asked questions:

How much can I earn as a Game Presenter?

Game Presenters earn a minimum of $17.25/hr ($7.25/hr base rate + guaranteed tip floor $10/hr), Player tips are unlimited. In addition, there’s a monthly bonus up to $6/hr.

Do I need experience to get started?

No experience is necessary, we provide paid training.

How does the paid training program work?

You are expected to commit to two consecutive weeks of academy training, where you will be trained on our live casino games & streaming equipment.

What shifts and schedule options are available?

Full time and Part time, 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am. Weekend availability is a must.
