About the Position
GAME PRESENTER with Mandarin
Location: Toronto, Canada

Responsibilities
- Conduct live games for online players in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Interact with players in a professional and friendly manner, providing excellent customer service.
- Deal cards, spin a wheel, announce winning bets, and perform card shuffling.
- Perform Floor Supervisor responsibilities on a rotating basis.
- Handle cards and gaming equipment quickly and accurately.
- Follow strict security procedures to ensure the integrity of the games.
- Assist players with game rules and answer questions related to winnings or other concerns.
- Escalate disputes according to company policies in an efficient and timely manner.
- Attend training sessions and stay updated with new games and industry trends.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Fluency in Mandarin and English.
- Comfortable working on camera during live games.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable with technology and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure.
- Flexible working hours and shift work suitability.
- Basic casino games knowledge is an asset.
- Must comply with gaming licensing directives upon hire date.
