Game Producer

About the Position

Dramaton, a subsidiary company of Ilyon, is looking for a Game Producer to join our amazing production team and help us in creating the next generation of casual mobile games.

As a Producer, you will have accurate attention to detail and be results-oriented.

Working closely with the Lead Product Manager to define the vision, targets, and priorities for the games you manage, based on the business requirements, analytics, and market research.

The Role

• Working closely with the product manager in order to manage the end-to-end lifecycle for mobile games with complex economies and feature areas.
• Work with all relevant cross-functional teams (R&D, Art, QA) to guarantee smooth and efficient implementation.
• Manage game releases and promotional efforts on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

• Passion for mobile games.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Great analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and the ability to analyze complex situations and provide real-time solutions.
• Technical orientation.
• Flexibility - changing goals and priorities.
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and to influence effectively.
• Ability to acclimate quickly to a rapidly shifting, fast-paced creative environment.
• Goal-oriented, highly motivated, high level of independence, organized, and a “get things done” approach.
• Knowledge of production tools: JIRA, Google docs, Excel, Powerpoint.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Agile scrum methodology.
• Familiar with platform development tools: iTunes Connect, Google Play Store.
• Experience working in mobile gaming companies.
