About the Position

We’re looking for someone who knows the gaming industry inside and out, excels at maintaining strong relationships, and plays a key role in fostering ongoing collaborations to support the development of new games with developers who have already created titles on Elympics.

We offer a remote work model, complemented by visits to our Warsaw office once or twice a month to maintain in-person connection.

Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day support for games built on Elympics – technical, product, and marketing.
Be the go-to person for developers and publishers during their build process.
Help organize and manage documentation, how-to guides, and dev tutorials.
Plan and oversee the creation of video content, onboarding materials, and other resources.
Coordinate with our tech and marketing teams to make sure our partners get what they need – when they need it.
Build strong, ongoing relationships with our partners and help them ship great games.
Spot blockers early and keep projects moving – whether it’s a dev issue, a missing doc, or a go-to-market delay.

Requirements

Experience in the game industry - ideally as a producer, publisher-side PM, or a similar role where you've worn multiple hats.
A track record of leading projects across teams and keeping timelines (and people) on track.
A proactive mindset - you're independent, take initiative, and don’t wait to be told what to do.
Strong people skills - you know how to build trust with partners and keep internal teams aligned and motivated.
A solid grasp of how games are built - you’re not expected to code, but you understand the production pipeline and can speak the same language as devs.
