About the Position
Gaming Equipment Technician
ARRISE sets the benchmark for service delivery and excellence in the iGaming industry. We are looking for a dedicated Gaming Equipment Technician to join our global team of over 12,000 professionals. This role is pivotal in ensuring the proper operation and regulatory compliance of gaming equipment, delivering exceptional gaming experiences to millions of players worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Handle maintenance, verification, and repair of gaming equipment and related sub-assemblies.
- Assist in all service requirements necessary for gaming machine equipment.
- Read and interpret data recorded by gaming equipment.
- Move and install gaming equipment.
- Provide technical consultancy.
- Safely and effectively operate shop tools including hand tools, soldering equipment, and electronic test equipment. Prepare documents corresponding to the performed operations.
- Represent the company in relation to the relevant gambling authorities.
- Follow policies and procedures as they relate to technical operations.
- Provide input on how policies and procedures may be streamlined to enhance machine repair, improve safety requirements, and security of equipment.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year working experience in a similar role or technical one.
- Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment.
- Extremely organized with good communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with an aptitude for problem-solving.
- Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including 8-hour shifts and weekends, to meet business needs.
- English language – conversational level.
