About the Position
Join OMMAX, the leading AI-first consultancy and AI-engineering platform, for our 9-month Gap Year Program. This unique opportunity allows you to rotate across three different teams, gaining comprehensive insights into our expert consulting teams, strategy consulting units, and internal functions. Develop into a true OMMAX all-rounder by contributing to cross-industry projects and expanding your digital and strategic skill set.
Responsibilities
- Work independently and take ownership of your responsibilities and sub-projects
- Collaborate with experienced professionals and learn from digital leaders
- Contribute to projects that shape the digital future in a highly motivated team
Requirements
- Currently completing your Bachelor’s degree or pursuing your Master’s degree
- Strong affinity for digital topics and technology-driven environments
- Initial hands-on experience in consulting, strategy departments, or business development is a plus
- Excellent PowerPoint and solid Excel skills
- Strong analytical mindset and precise communication skills
- Eager to take on challenges and continuously develop personally and professionally
- Fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus
