Responsibilities

Sales Support assists the various Sales Representatives and Managers in:

• Lead investigations
• Compiling documentation
• Generating client quotations
• Entry/update of quotes and other information into CRM
• Updating information in Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
• Market research
• Other tasks as needed

Specific Responsibilities

• Comply with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct
• Generate accurate and branded customer-related documentation
• Assist in the compilation of documentation required for RFPs
• Data entry of quotations and RFPs into appropriate systems
• Execute requests for market or customer research
• Receive, qualify, and respond to standard inquiries and sales leads
• Communicate professionally with sales colleagues and other internal staff
• Develop skills and knowledge to progress in your career
• Promote a positive “Can do!” attitude and a safe working environment
• Be knowledgeable and compliant with SGS procedures and standards
• Take initiative in all tasks and perform other duties as required
• Build and maintain strong working relationships
• Adopt and support specific operational improvement activities

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in fields specified by the hiring Affiliate, or equivalent educational background and experience
• B2 level English or better, with commensurate spoken fluency
• Prior sales support in the professional services industry is desirable
