We are seeking a GCP Data Architect with experience in Google Cloud Platform to join a leading Polish bank in Warsaw, Poland.

Responsibilities

Designing and developing solutions in the Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Building and developing data processing systems and system integrations
Creating applications and integration components in Java
Utilizing GCP services to build scalable and efficient data solutions
Collaborating with project teams on cloud initiatives
Implementing solutions compliant with the organization's technical and architectural standards
Supporting the development of modern data platforms and streaming services

Requirements

Experience in designing and building solutions in Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Practical knowledge of services: Dataflow, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Memorystore
Experience with Apache Kafka
Very good knowledge of Java
Experience in designing and implementing data processing systems and system integrations
Knowledge of GitHub repositories
Experience with Google Artifact Registry
Ability to work effectively in a project environment

Nice to Have

Experience with Python
Experience with Terraform
Knowledge of data platform architecture and stream processing
