Lekkerland - Karriere is seeking a dedicated Gebietsverkaufsleiter Foodservice to join our team in Hannover, Minden, and Soltau. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and advising defined tank station customers in the foodservice category, promoting sustainable customer relationships, and ensuring optimal potential exploitation and continuous development of the foodservice business.

Responsibilities

• Customer Care and Advisory: Provide care and advice to defined tank station customers in the foodservice category and promote sustainable customer relationships.
• Presentation: Present our foodservice assortments, concepts, and services.
• Training: Conduct back-, snack-, and hygiene trainings independently.
• Analysis: Analyze the foodservice area of our customers on-site in terms of assortments, concepts, and processes.
• Optimization: Derive and implement suitable optimization measures.
• Sales Management: Ensure optimal potential exploitation and continuous development of the foodservice business.
• CRM Tool Usage: Manage your own sales activities using the SAP CRM tool.
• Trade Shows: Participate in Lekkerland trade fairs to inspire our customers.

Requirements

• Education: Completed education with a commercial or gastronomic background.
• Expertise: Comprehensive expertise in the (convenience) food/frozen bakery sector, ideally with experience in sales outside.
• Skills: Proficient in product presentation and development and in conveying foodservice know-how.
• Tools: Knowledge in handling baking machines and high-speed ovens is advantageous.
• Abilities: Precise analytical skills and good business understanding.
• Software Proficiency: Routine use of MS-Office and digital tools.
• Personal Traits: High customer and service orientation, dynamic and winning demeanor, and enthusiasm.
• Time Management: Efficient time and self-management.
• Location: Residence in the sales area and high travel willingness.
