Gebietsverkaufsleiter Großraum Münster/Osnabrück (m/w/d)

Lekkerland, a part of the REWE Group, is seeking a dedicated Gebietsverkaufsleiter for the Münster/Osnabrück region. As a Gebietsverkaufsleiter, you will drive sales and customer satisfaction in the retail sector, focusing on the under-the-road supply in four European countries.

Responsibilities

Leadership and Consultation: Guide and advise regional petrol station customers on assortment and shop design with full sales and profit responsibility.
Sales and Service: Actively sell our product ranges and promote our services, concepts, and digital ordering solutions (webshop and mobile ordering app).
Market Potential: Ensure optimal exploitation of potential and sustainable customer retention.
New Customer Acquisition: Generate further growth in your area through new customer acquisition.
Sales Planning: Independently plan tours and manage your sales activities using provided tools such as SAP CRM, Cross Selling, and Pipeline.
Market and Competition Monitoring: Observe market and competition regarding prices and assortments and participate in Lekkerland house fairs.

Requirements

Passion for Sales: Genuine enthusiasm for sales.
Education and Experience: Commercial education and several years of experience in sales, preferably in the food sector.
Product Knowledge: Good understanding of the food, beverage, and/or tobacco sectors, with knowledge of petrol station shop business being advantageous.
Product Placement and Presentation: Solid knowledge in product placement and presentation.
Digital Skills: Proficient use of MS Office programs and digital sales tools.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and numerical affinity, combined with communication skills and enthusiasm.
Customer and Service Orientation: High customer and service orientation.
Self-Motivation: High self-motivation and efficient time and self-management.
Location: Residence in the sales area with high travel readiness.
