As a General Ledger Manager (H/F), you will ensure the reliability of accounting information for our French operations. In direct contact with the teams at our Berlin headquarters, you will think and optimize our processes while managing closures and automation projects.

Responsibilities

Your Core Responsibilities:

• Perform account reviews and analyses (group and local standards), ensure the reliability of accounting information, and make necessary corrections
• Reconcile the vehicle lifecycle (purchase, stock, sale) and ensure that each flow is correctly translated into accounting
• Participate in monthly and annual closures
• Manage internal reporting for the group
• Participate in the annual audit of accounts
• Automate repetitive tasks to focus on value-added analysis

Your Opportunities, Depending on Your Profile:

• Manage intragroup operations and reconciliations between French entities and the group, in a dual-standard environment (local and group standards)
• Lead cross-functional projects as a project manager - process automation, regulatory project, integration of new products or flows reflecting the growth of the group - by coordinating the teams involved and being the support point for other services
• Strengthen and document procedures to optimize team work
• Drive initiatives for the automation of flows and reporting
• Be a liaison with auditors and coordinate requests during the annual audit

Requirements

Your Profile:

• Ideally, you have a higher education background in auditing or accounting (Master CCA, DSCG, Business School)
• You have at least one significant successful experience (internship or apprenticeship, in a firm or company)
• You have a real appetite for AI and automation, with the desire to make flows and reports reliable and industrialized
• You know how to work in project management mode, with different stakeholders
• You are proficient in Excel and comfortable (or eager to improve) with an ERP - an Oracle environment is a plus
• You are meticulous, attentive to detail, with a good capacity for analysis and synthesis
• You have a good level of English: you will be in daily contact with the different teams at the Berlin headquarters
