What is it like to work at Breezy?
It’s like being Superman, but better because we skip the rule of wearing underpants over pants while saving the world. If you’re into that, you can – we’re not here to judge. Just not for partner meetings!

What exactly do we do?
We manage the circulation of used gadgets. We buy them back directly from companies or arrange a Trade-In process with retailers. Then, we sell used and refurbished devices through our e-commerce and brick-and-mortar stores, like Breezy Experience Stores and Breezy iSlands, and our partner points.
Why does this matter?
We nudge device users (which, let’s face it, is pretty much everyone) to make the best decision for themselves and our planet. We’ve made the Trade-In process so easy, lucrative, and fab and our refurbished equipment so stylish, thoroughly tested, and budget-friendly that the buyer’s hand reaches out to take advantage of these eco-offers.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the operations in Poland.
- Drive the company’s mission to extend the lifespan of gadgets and fight climate change.
- Collaborate with market leaders such as Apple, Samsung, Xiaomi, etc.
- Ensure the team prioritizes results, constructive collaboration, and mutual respect.
- Value and appreciate the contributions of team members.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience.
- Strong management skills.
- Experience in the management and business sector.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
