About Alan

In Spain, many people struggle to get timely care because of long waiting times, limited access, or a lack of time. Alan was built to change that. We combine health insurance and a virtual clinic in one app, so we can be a real health partner for our members.

The Alan Clinic brings together more than 120 health professionals, available 7 days a week: GPs, midwives, psychologists, physiotherapists, dermatologists, paediatricians, nutritionists, and paediatric nurses.

💬 Mo, our AI health companion, which instantly answers everyday health questions. Its answers are reviewed and approved by our doctors.

Responsibilities

Run video consultations with our members and give them clear, high-quality medical advice
Help with the medical review of Mo, our AI health companion, so its answers stay accurate and safe
Share your clinical expertise to help shape how AI is used in patient care

Requirements

✅ Medical degree valid in Spain, with the family medicine specialty (MIR)
✅ Active registration with a Colegio Oficial de Médicos (colegiado) and valid work permit
✅ Professional liability insurance that covers telemedicine (seguro de responsabilidad civil)
✅ Working as a self-employed doctor (autónomo)
✅ Currently practising in a medical centre
✅ Fluent Spanish and English
✅ Available at least 5 hours a week, on flexible hours and different days
✅ 2 years of work experience (previous experience with Video-consultation is a plus)
✅ Excited about bringing AI into your practice
✅ Convinced that prevention and ongoing support make a real difference to patients' lives
