About the Position

We are seeking a Generative AI Engineer to join our team in Timișoara, Romania. This role involves designing, building, and deploying AI-powered applications that leverage large language models (LLMs), multimodal models, and intelligent agents to automate tasks, generate content, analyze information, and improve business processes.

Responsibilities

Design and develop AI-powered applications and services.
Integrate large language models (LLMs) into web, mobile, and enterprise systems.
Build AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing tasks.
Create Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions that connect AI models to company knowledge bases and documents.
Develop prompt engineering strategies and AI workflows.
Optimize performance, reliability, security, and cost of AI systems.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and innovation.
Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve AI solutions in production.

Requirements

Software development (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, APIs, databases).
Prompt engineering and LLM orchestration.
AI agent frameworks and workflow automation.
