About the Position

Generative AI Tools Specialist

Location: Vilnius

Salary: From 1780 EUR/month (gross)

Department: Quality Assurance

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Create and configure AI-powered tools and workflows for quality assurance and technical support;
Develop instructions and prompts using generative AI platforms;
Prepare the knowledge, examples, and reference materials required for each tool;
Test AI-generated outputs to identify inaccurate, unclear, or incomplete results;
Refine prompts and instructions based on test results and user feedback;
Update existing tools when processes or requirements change;
Explore new generative AI capabilities and identify practical applications for the team;
Work closely with Quality Assurance, Technical Support, and Development teams to test and improve solutions.

Requirements

Practical experience with LLM-based generative AI platforms such as OpenAI or Claude;
Ability to write clear and structured instructions and prompts;
Understanding of JSON objects and their structure;
Basic understanding of APIs, including GET and POST requests;
Ability to evaluate AI-generated outputs and identify quality issues;
Ability to organize knowledge, examples, and reference materials for AI-powered tools.

Nice to Have

Basic programming or scripting skills;
Experience with quality assurance or technical support processes.
