As a GEO & AI Search Consultant (f/m/d), you will become part of our growing Client Services Team and support leading brands in enhancing their visibility in AI-driven search environments, Large Language Models (LLMs), search engines, AI assistants, and generative platforms.

In this role, you will combine in-depth SEO expertise with strategic consulting skills. You will develop and implement GEO strategies, advise clients on best practices in AI Search, and translate business goals into concrete growth measures. You will work closely with our Client Services, Product, and Commercial teams as well as external partners, actively contributing to the development of our GEO offering and setting new standards for success in the era of AI-driven search.

Responsibilities

• You develop and implement GEO strategies that enhance the visibility of our clients in AI-driven search environments, AI assistants, and generative platforms.
• You support new GEO clients during onboarding and help them successfully use our methodology, tools, and reporting approaches.
• You analyze AI visibility, citation sources, sentiment, share of voice (SOV), and ranking performance using GEO monitoring tools like Peec AI.
• You derive concrete action recommendations from data and performance results and support clients in implementing corresponding measures.
• You are responsible for GEO budgets and investments, develop data-based recommendations, and ensure that resources are used as effectively as possible.
• You monitor developments, recognize trends, and identify new potentials for optimizing performance.
• You create meaningful reports, presentations, case studies, and business reviews for our clients.
• You present results and recommendations in client meetings and support the strategic development of their AI search activities.
• You support pitches and new client projects with in-depth analyses, insights, and GEO recommendations.
• You work closely with colleagues from Sales, Client Services, and Product to ensure the successful implementation of our GEO initiatives.
• You actively contribute to the development of playbooks, processes, best practices, and training materials.

Requirements

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in SEO, Organic Growth, Content Strategy, Digital Marketing, or a comparable advisory, client-facing role.
• Knowledge of affiliate marketing is advantageous but not mandatory.
• You have a solid understanding of technical SEO, content optimization, authority building, and organic search performance.
• Topics such as AI Search, Large Language Models (LLMs), retrieval systems, and generative search technologies excite you, and you actively follow current developments.
• You have experience with SEO, analytics, or performance monitoring tools, ideally also with solutions for measuring AI visibility like Peec AI.
• You can analyze data, recognize opportunities, and derive clear recommendations and concrete measures from them.
• You have experience in dealing with clients, including budget responsibility and presenting results and recommendations to various stakeholders.
• You organize yourself independently, work in a structured manner, and keep track even with multiple projects running simultaneously.
• You feel comfortable working with different teams and enjoy cross-functional collaboration.
• You can explain complex and technical topics in an understandable and convincing manner.
• You have excellent German and English language skills in speech and writing.
