About the Position

We’re developing a geospatial reasoning agent focused on Crisis Response-helping AI systems understand, assess, and predict real-world events where data is uncertain or incomplete. Your expertise will guide model development and evaluation, laying the foundation for future geospatial reasoning and forecasting applications.
Responsibilities
- Review geospatial scenarios and validate model outputs
- Define and refine reasoning frameworks
- Collaborate with the team to improve data-driven evaluations
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs and identify analytical weaknesses
- Design metrics and test cases to advance model understanding and predictive accuracy
Requirements
- Professional experience in geospatial analysis, GIS systems, or spatial modeling
- Proficiency with geospatial tools and libraries (e.g., QGIS, ArcGIS, GDAL, PostGIS)
- Strong reasoning, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex spatial relationships clearly
Nice to Have
- Experience in crisis management, logistics, or environmental planning
- Expertise in damage assessment, agriculture, site selection, supply chain optimization, or forecasting
