About the Position

We are seeking a Senior SAP Program Manager to join our team for a strategic business transformation program with strong global interaction.

Responsibilities

• Act as the client representative in the governance of the SAP program.
• Coordinate and monitor the performance of the implementing consultancy and other partners involved.
• Conduct alignment between local, global, and satellite teams connected to the program.
• Manage program schedules, risks, dependencies, and communication plan.
• Facilitate integration between business areas, technology, and suppliers.
• Ensure adherence to the project's strategic objectives and business premises.
• Lead executive status meetings and governance committees.
• Support the definition and execution of data migration, process, and integration strategies.
• Report executive status to local and global leadership.

Requirements

• Solid experience in managing large-scale SAP programs or projects.
• Participation in SAP implementation, transformation, or migration projects.
• Experience in multinational environments with frequent interaction with global teams.
• Experience in coordinating multiple suppliers, consultancies, and stakeholders.
• Strong governance, risk management, and change management capabilities.
• Advanced or fluent English for global environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA programs.
• Certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar).
• Experience in digital transformation programs and global process harmonization.
