About the Position
German speaking IT Support / Service Desk (m/f/d)
q.beyond Romania S.R.L. is seeking a German-speaking IT Support/Service Desk professional to join our team in Cluj-Napoca. As part of our team, you will work with AI to enhance service delivery and make digitalization happen.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the single point of contact for end users: Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, business apps, iOS/Android.
- Implement workarounds for immediate user issues while fixing the root cause.
- Review and manage AI-drafted responses, ensuring accuracy and appropriateness.
- Resolve complex cases through remote support, diagnostics, and system analysis.
- Own tickets end-to-end, coordinate incidents, and document solutions for future reference.
Requirements
- Service desk or end-user support experience with a strong customer orientation.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and network fundamentals.
- Familiarity with ITSM (ideally Ivanti) and ITIL basics.
- Curiosity about AI and its applications in daily work.
Nice to Have
- Experience with automation/workflow tools (n8n, Make, Power Automate).
- Knowledge of coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, Copilot) and scripting (PowerShell).
- Prompting experience.
