German Speaking Sales Development Representative
Location: Vienna, Vienna, Austria

About the Role
At Quadient, we are looking for a curious, energetic, and motivated individual to jump-start their sales career. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will build the foundation for becoming a top sales performer. SDRs focus on generating and qualifying new business opportunities for our sales team. We are seeking hardworking employees to discover and pique the interest of VP & C-Level executives.
Successful candidates must have a strong work ethic, humility, and a hunger to learn. You will work closely with our Management team and Senior Salespeople, providing opportunities to develop and continue to develop your career in sales. You will learn from the best by working alongside top performers on the sales team and sales leadership.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound leads and outbound targeted prospects
- Generate value for potential customers by booking product demonstration webinars and calls
- Manage prospect expectations and overcome objections
- Reach and exceed key performance indicators including calls scheduled, calls completed, qualified opportunities, and deals won from your meetings
- Develop skills necessary for promotion into a full, closing role
Requirements
- 1 year of SDR experience, ideally in a software setting
- Fluent in German & English
- A strong interest in building a career in sales
- Curiosity and demonstrable evidence of professional and personal development
- Entrepreneurial mindset - eager to advance through clearly defined learning and earning paths
- Self-disciplined, organized, and ambitious. Able to consistently hit daily and monthly objectives
