About the Position

Gestionnaire Support Sécurité (H/F)

Inetum is seeking a Security Support Manager at an intermediate level to handle issues related to the governance and security of information systems.

You will join a structured environment and contribute to handling security requests, monitoring suppliers, and producing related documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and 2 support for security governance-related requests: proxy, file sharing, protected resources, security awareness, etc.
• Monitor and analyze supplier security within the framework of managing outsourced services.
• Respond to external security questionnaires using available references and knowledge bases.
• Participate in the writing and updating of security documentation.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and rigorous follow-up of various requests.

Requirements

• Significant experience in cybersecurity, security governance, or security support.
• Knowledge of major security frameworks and regulations, such as ISO 27001, NIS2, or DORA.
• Strong writing skills to produce clear summaries for various stakeholders, including decision-makers.
• Rigor in handling requests, following procedures, and documenting processes.
• Knowledge in risk analysis. Proficiency or knowledge of the EBIOS Risk Manager (EBIOS RM) method is a plus.
