About the Position

Gestor | Projeto

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Aeronautics team, focusing on project planning, execution, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with organizational processes aimed at the integration and development of people.
• Develop proposals in conjunction with the business development area.
• Provide the area manager with requested information regarding the planning, execution, or control of activities, including:
  • Contributing to Planning;
  • Providing estimates and projections;
  • Preparing status reports;
  • Alerting to potential issues, deviations, needs, and anomalous situations;
• Contribute to the preparation of the project dossier, using the information repository to be defined.
• Plan, organize, monitor, and report all aspects of the project (activities, deliverables, time, cost, resources, risks), in coordination with relevant stakeholders at each phase.
• Ensure the execution of projects, products, or services on time, with quality, within budget, and ensuring the satisfaction of different stakeholders, adhering to applicable standards, established policies, requirements, and/or established roadmap, as well as ensuring that management control processes are correctly implemented, maintained, and continuously reviewed and improved.

Requirements

• Academic background in Engineering, Management, or similar.
• Experience in management, structural calculation, and/or project.
• Project management and performance KPIs.
• Knowledge of management methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and/or PowerBI.
• Project coordination experience is valued.
• Team management experience is valued.
• Knowledge of ISO9001; AS/ISO9100 (preferred).
• Rigor, exigence, and critical thinking.
• Analytical thinking.
• Problem-solving.
