Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound leads against defined ICP criteria
- Prospect into target accounts across different industries
- Identify and engage decision-makers
- Execute multi-touch outbound sequences (email, phone, LinkedIn)
- Set qualified meetings for Account Executives
- Follow up consistently with warm and recycled leads
- Collaborate with marketing on campaign follow-up
- Continuously test and optimize outreach messaging
Requirements
- 1-3 years in an SDR, BDR, or outbound-heavy sales role.
- Comfortable with high daily activity (calls, emails, LinkedIn).
- Strong written communication - you will write more than you will use templates.
- Organized and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
- Proven B2B experience
- Strong HubSpot knowledge
- Excellent English proficiency
