About the Position

SOLUTIONS 30, a leading company in the telecommunications sector, is seeking a Junior Fiber Optic Splicer for their team in Mondovì (CN), Italy.

This is an entry-level position with an initial fixed-term contract of 3-6 months, with the goal of stabilization.

The candidate will be hired under the TLC Collective Bargaining Agreement, with an indicative annual gross salary range of 18,000-20,000 K. The salary may be evaluated based on previous skills and experience.

This announcement is addressed to candidates of both sexes (L.903/77) and in compliance with D.Lgs. 198/2006.

Immediate availability is required.

Responsibilities

The candidate will perform fiber optic splicing activities and prepare and maintain telecommunications networks and systems. The role requires precision and a willingness to grow in a rapidly expanding sector, ensuring the correct execution of work within agreed timelines.

Specifically, the candidate will:

Perform operational activities in the field related to fiber optic splicing
Carry out the complete cycle of fiber optic cable testing and maintenance activities on fiber optic carriers in communication networks
Monitor the need for materials and equipment assigned to the resource

Requirements

Diploma in technical, telecommunications, electronics, computer science, or surveying
Excellent ability to work in a team
Team spirit and constant collaboration with the supervisor
Strong motivation and predisposition to professional growth
Possession of a driving license (B)
Own vehicle
