Global Demand Generation Manager

About the Position

We’re looking for a Global Demand Generation Manager to build and scale a high-performing global demand engine that drives measurable pipeline and ARR through data, automation, AI, and digital marketing.

3dEYE is a pure cloud video management and AI analytics platform built for modern monitoring operations. Systems integrators and monitoring centers can quickly launch a centralized command and control environment without servers, NVRs, or additional hardware, reducing capex and scaling with ease. The platform is camera-agnostic and supports fixed cameras, body-worn cameras, drones, and IoT devices. Designed for multi-site, multi-brand deployments, 3dEYE enables proactive, AI-driven monitoring and faster investigations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global demand generation strategy that leverages data, automation, and AI.
• Drive measurable pipeline and ARR growth across priority markets.
• Utilize AI tools to increase the speed, quality, and scale of marketing execution.
• Mentor and informally lead less experienced team members.
• Integrate AI into marketing workflows to improve targeting, accelerate experimentation, and optimize campaigns.

Requirements

• 7+ years of B2B technology marketing experience with ownership of demand generation and pipeline growth.
• A proactive builder mentality, resourceful, accountable, and comfortable creating structure in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong analytical and commercial skills, with proven ability to use data to diagnose problems and drive decisions under time pressure.
• Experience in a Series A/B or comparable growth-stage SaaS/PaaS company, helping scale the marketing engine.
• Deep expertise across digital marketing channels (paid media, email, partnerships) including campaign strategy, execution, and optimization.
• Proven ability to generate measurable qualified pipeline and revenue, not simply leads or engagement.
• Experience supporting growth across multiple international markets.
• Ability to understand and market a complex technical platform to technical and commercial audiences.
• Strong AI fluency and demonstrated use of AI tools to increase the speed, quality, and scale of marketing execution.
• Hands-on expertise with HubSpot, marketing automation, paid acquisition, ABM, email/nurture, including integrating AI into these workflows wherever it creates leverage.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor or informally lead less experienced team members.
• Comfort operating with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in physical security, video surveillance, AI/computer vision, IoT, cloud infrastructure, or another technical B2B platform is an advantage.
