Global Graduate Programme

Our Global Graduate programme’s mission is to develop the future leaders of BAT. The 18-month rotational programme is structured to grow essential business and leadership skills through world-class learning, international exposure, and a job role where graduates can contribute from day one. Our Global Graduate community come together for a two-week Graduate Academy (one week in London) for a deep dive into BAT where they connect with fellow Graduates and senior colleagues from across the globe.

Responsibilities

Talent Management & Development

Development and promotion of the employer brand
Organisation and continuous improvement of the employee onboarding process
Support of initiatives related to talent attraction, retention, and development, etc.

HR Business Partnering

Active collaboration with managers and business teams
Advisory and support to managers on people management-related matters
Acting as a trusted Business Partner in all HR-related topics

HR Services & Operational Support

Management of compensation and benefits processes
Ensuring HR administration and support of other HR operational processes within the company
Compliance with internal procedures and support of their continuous effectiveness

Requirements

Final-year student or recent graduate (within up to 3 years of graduation)
Motivated to build a career in HR within the international company
Leadership and strong analytical skills
Goal-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset
Ability to relocate within Ukraine
Advantageous: at least 1 year of professional experience (including internships and part-time roles)
English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
