About the Programme
Das Ziel unseres globalen Absolventenprogramms ist es, die zukünftigen Führungskräfte von BAT auszubilden. Im Rahmen unseres 18-monatigen Rotationsprogramms sollen essenzielle Geschäfts- und Führungsfertigkeiten erlernt werden – durch erstklassige Schulungen, internationale Einsätze und eine Funktion, in der Absolventinnen und Absolventen sich vom ersten Tag an aktiv einbringen können. Unsere globale Absolventen-Community kommt für eine zweiwöchige Absolventen-Academy (eine Woche davon in London) zusammen, um BAT im Detail kennenzulernen und sich mit anderen Absolventinnen und Absolventen sowie erfahrenen Mitgliedern der internationalen Teams auszutauschen.

Responsibilities
Talent Management & Development
- Development and promotion of the employer brand
- Organisation and continuous improvement of the employee onboarding process
- Support of initiatives related to talent attraction, retention, and development
HR Business Partnering
- Active collaboration with managers and business teams
- Advisory and support to managers on people management-related matters
- Acting as a trusted Business Partner in all HR-related topics
HR Services & Operational Support
- Management of compensation and benefits processes
- Ensuring HR administration and support of other HR operational processes within the company
- Compliance with internal procedures and support of their continuous effectiveness
Requirements
- Final-year student or recent graduate (within up to 3 years of graduation)
- Motivated to build a career in HR within the international company
- Leadership and strong analytical skills
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset
- Ability to relocate within Ukraine
- Advantageous: at least 1 year of professional experience (including internships and part-time roles)
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
