The mission of our Global Graduate Programme is to train the next leaders of BAT. This 18-month rotational program is structured to develop essential management and leadership skills through exceptional quality learning, international exposure, and a role where young graduates can contribute from day one. Our Global Graduate community gathers at the Graduate Academy, a two-week training program (including one week in London) for a total immersion into the BAT universe. It’s an opportunity for them to build connections with other young graduates and experienced employees from around the world.

Essential Experience, Skills, and Knowledge to make a real difference:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Law.
- Strong knowledge of Commercial Law.
- A maximum of 3 years of relevant work and/or internship experience.
- Driven, ambitious, and proactive.
- An inspiring and engaging individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with business partners at all levels.
- Able to bring both an analytical attitude and a creative problem-solving & growth mindset approach.
- Leadership demonstrated through extra-curricular activities.
- Proficiency in English and Romanian.
- Excel advanced level, Microsoft PowerPoint advanced level.
