About the Position

GLOBAL MANUFACTURING FACILITIES & SUSTAINABILITY LEADER

We are seeking a GLOBAL MANUFACTURING FACILITIES & SUSTAINABILITY LEADER to join our team at HARMAN Automotive. This role will be pivotal in driving sustainability and best practices across our global manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy HARMAN Automotive's Manufacturing sustainability strategy.
• Act as a link between global sustainability ambitions and Automotive Operations.
• Drive global manufacturing standards and best practices.
• Formulate and execute the global sustainability strategy and roadmap.
• Identify drivers and KPIs for Manufacturing Sustainability.
• Collaborate with global facilities to drive synergies and cost savings.
• Work with insurance partners to reduce risk ratings.
• Collaborate with various departments to reduce environmental impact.
• Engage with OEM customers on sustainability requirements.
• Establish external partnerships to maximize ROI of sustainability strategy.
• Support Supply Chain and Procurement in identifying sustainable suppliers.
• Build relationships with regulatory and public officials.
• Partner with Corporate Communications for sustainability content.
• Participate in sustainability conferences.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering/Environmental Engineering or similar.
• 8+ years of experience in Manufacturing facilities management.
• Proven effective communicator with project management skills.
• Ability to work in a matrixed organization.
• Deep passion for sustainability and facilities management.
• LEED Accredited Professional or LEED Project Experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English is a must.

Pay Transparency

The above represents the annual gross base salary range for this role.
