We are a growing, mid-sized international Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider with global production sites across Europe, Asia, and the Americas (~€200M revenue). To fuel our global expansion, we are seeking a strategic and hands-on Global Marketing Manager to build and lead our centralized group marketing function from the ground up. This is a high-visibility, growth-oriented role working directly with senior leadership to elevate brand presence, drive B2B demand generation, and expand into key growth industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Positioning: Define and execute a unified global marketing strategy to establish the group as a premier EMS partner across target industrial markets.
• Lead & Demand Generation: Design high-impact B2B inbound/outbound campaigns, establish a structured lead funnel, and optimize CRM & automation workflows.
• Digital Strategy: Direct web development, SEO, content creation, and multi-channel paid B2B campaigns (LinkedIn, AdWords, targeted media).
• Market & Brand Expansion: Develop compelling value propositions and client case studies to penetrate new verticals (e.g., Industrial, MedTech, Energy).
• Global Alignment: Collaborate closely with international business sites, executive leadership, and sales teams to accelerate pipeline conversion.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven track record in B2B marketing, ideally within EMS, industrial electronics, or technical B2B sectors.
• Digital Expertise: Hands-on experience with SEO, performance marketing (LinkedIn/Google Ads), CRM, and automation tools.
• Mindset: Strong strategic thinker with an agile, execution-focused "hands-on" attitude.
• Skills: Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management and fluency in English.
