Responsibilities

クロスボーダーマーケティング (Cross-Border Marketing)

In our rapidly growing D2C/EC/Marketing sectors, which have expanded to 15 countries worldwide, we are promoting cross-border marketing support initiatives. You will be responsible for the entire process, from devising overseas business and sales strategies for brands to executing marketing initiatives in various countries, and coordinating with local members of AnyMind's overseas offices. This includes inbound demand-driven domestic marketing strategy formulation and execution.

プロダクトマネージャー (Product Manager)

We are seeking a Product Manager to drive the growth of AnyMind's platform, which is provided across EC and marketing sectors. You will collaborate with sales, operations, and development teams in Japan and overseas, particularly in Southeast Asia, to promote the business and create products that meet market demands.

Requirements

必須要件 (Must-Have Requirements)

• TOEIC 800 points or higher, or business communication level English proficiency
• A desire to grow by being in a thriving market
• Interest in global markets, particularly the Asia region
• A preference for a merit-based environment regardless of age
• Aspiration to use language skills in future work

歓迎要件 (Preferred Requirements)

• Sales experience (corporate/individual)
• Experience in the e-commerce sector
• Passionate about SNS and can immerse oneself in it
• Language skills (Chinese, Korean, etc.)
• Experience in launching new businesses or projects

Work Location

Information will be provided only if overseas work is desired. There will be no overseas transfers without the employee's consent after joining.

• Tokyo Roppongi Office (English proficiency not required)
• Overseas offices (Daily conversational English proficiency required)
