Global Operations Intern

Location: Singapore City, Singapore

About the Position

Geotab® is a global leader in IoT and connected transportation, certified as a “Great Place to Work™.” We are seeking a Global Operations Intern (Product Ops Focus) to join our dynamic team. This role involves maintaining data accuracy across our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, assisting with product labeling workflows, coordinating international test device deployments, and providing operational project support.

Responsibilities

• ERP Data Management: Audit and maintain SKU catalog accuracy across core ERP platforms.
• Product Labeling: Implement and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for product labeling.
• Logistics Coordination: Assist in securing local regulatory permits and clearance documentation for importing hardware.
• Communication: Serve as a central point for external partners and internal teams during product test phases.
• Testing Support: Track test unit distribution, log partner feedback, and aggregate status reports.

Requirements

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Skills:
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or similar)
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (vlookups, pivot tables)
  • Strong understanding of AI in day-to-day operational practice
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Familiarity with customs requirements, permit applications, and device distribution logistics
